There are 4 updated bedrooms and 3 beautifully updated and appointed bathrooms with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Kitchen and living room updated 2022. Linens and towels included upon request. Cable television, Wifi and other great amenities add to the great location of this home. In addition, the property overlooks Cobbs Pond in Brewster which is great for swimming and fishing. Use the canoe and kayaks at the property for your enjoyment.

    If the Cape Cod Bay is something you like, then you will love the 100 yard walk to the private beach next to Breakwater Beach, available only to people on the street. This beach is one of the most family friendly beaches on Cape Cod! The home is also walking distance to the Brewster General Store and as well as to shopping and restaurants.
