The bright and airy first floor unit looks out onto conservation land, gorgeous gardens, and a sweeping lawn overlooking beautiful Cape Cod Bay. The interior has been renovated to create fantastic open space featuring a kitchen with all high end appliances and quality cabinetry, spacious living room with built-ins, large dining area, sliders to a screened porch, all of this with magnificent bay views which you also enjoy from your first floor master suite. The lower level provides a large finished carpeted room (an additional 660 sq ft) with full bath and laundry, featuring both easy interior access but also access to the yard. In addition to the private association beach just steps away, you will also enjoy two private tennis courts, and private association pool!
