"Please recognize the young man with the braids at the front desk. Polite and professional, as a Hilton member this is a top 3 property. Quiet, CLEAN, and a good variety of restaurants around the property. Highly recommend!!"

"The staff was not friendly, when I checked in I was not welcomed, the employee seemed like she was annoyed that I told her I was there to check in, she maybe said 3 words the entire time. When I got to my room there was an overwhelming musty smell where I had to go and purchase an air freshener. The hallway floors were not clean or vacuumed and the stairwell where the exit/entry door was very dirty. The room besides smelling was not the cleanest either! There was dust on the tv and tv base and the floors had debris on them, I do t k ow if they were cleaned from previous guests. I had to set the A/C to 60 just to have it cool in the room. When they say the room has bare essentials they should say NO essentials! I have never been to a hotel where there isn’t even little hand soaps in the bathroom. The room had NOTHING."
