  • 5 minute walk to downtown Brevard and all it has to offer: local shops, galleries, restaurants, breweries, and cafes. Brevard College is directly across the street, perfect for those looking to attend athletic/cultural events, tour campus or to visit their favorite student. Bike anywhere in town, using the Brevard Bike Path and bike lanes throughout City Limits.
    Outdoor bike rack available on the exterior of the home to allow for easy storage. 8 min drive to Pisgah National Forest/Davidson River and 20 min drive to DuPont State Forest. 7 min drive to Oskar Blues Taproom, Ecusta Brewing, and Brevard Music Center. This home has all of the comforts necessary after a long day enjoying the beautiful western NC mountains: spacious bedrooms on the second level, master suite on the main floor, open concept kitchen/living area with all stainless steel appliances.
