About this property

Charming Cottage Within Walking Distance to Downtown Brevard & Brevard College.

  • The Appletree Cottage is a charming cottage located adjacent to Brevard College & within walking distance of scenic downtown Brevard, NC. The house boasts a spacious great room with a large screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for large groups, as well as a fully-outfitted kitchen & outdoor deck with grill. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and a TV and one with a daybed and trundle. One full bath w/ tub & shower is located on the main floor off of the main hallway. Another half bath is located in the bedroom that has the trundle bed. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one w/ a queen bed, and one w/ a full bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV. Additionally, the master bedroom (w/ the king bed) has a private full bath w/ a shower. Another full bath w/ shower is located in the upstairs hallway. A full-size washer & dryer are located in the basement.

    Our cabins are provided with all linens and towels, a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, firewood and propane for the grill.
