"Cozy paradise in Brevard. We were here for hiking in April and it was perfect. Spectacularly clean. Responsive owner. Simple check-in. Super comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Close to Ingles grocery store and great downtown dining options. Don’t miss The Yard, which has an Airstream coffee and ice cream “Must Visit” venue and is very close to the house. We hope we get a chance to visit Brevard again. Would absolutely stay here the next time. "

"Wonderful single-level home in a great location. Nice and quiet. 2 minute walk to downtown, 2 minute walk to campus. Home was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed every moment of our stay. 5 stars all the way around."

"This cottage was absolutely beautiful—everything about it felt cozy, clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. It had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and truly unwind.One of our favorite parts was how close it was to waterfalls and downtown Brevard. We loved being able to quickly head into town to grab a bite, and then come back to such a quiet, serene space.Our trip went by way too fast, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve slept that well in a long time. It was the perfect little getaway, and we left feeling refreshed and wishing we could stay longer. We would absolutely come back again!"

"A perfect spot for our vacation. The living room was large and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with. The outdoor deck was beautiful with the most magnificent sunrise. Only a few minutes from downtown Brevard and a short ride to two of the parks. The host has toys, books and board games for the guests to use. Our host was great with communication and the check in and check out process was smooth. Would definitely stay again when back in that area."

"Friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, bed was comfortable and clean room. Only hiccups; the door to the room did not shut automatically as I had to push it to when leaving or coming into the room. Also no soap in the room for the shower. Other than those two minor things; it was a nice stay and I would recommend it."
