"House was perfect for our short visit to Brevard. Unfortunately, we could only stay one of the nights we had booked, but the house was immaculate, the accommodations were so comfortable and it was a short drive to downtown Brevard. Will definitely stay again."

"This is a. Older home with updates. The kitchrn Is an awesome remodel. Only has a large couch which was Comfortable the rest of furniture are wood chairs. The bed was too soft for us. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. Would recommend this place for a short stay. Large back porch and screened in fence for dogs. Big refrigerator too with ice maker. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There is a carport to park in and 2 comfy chairs on front porch. Large TV also in living room and both bedroom ."

"Studio 84 was the best VRBO property we have ever used. The owners have created a great property in an excellent location. We walked to the local park and downtown. The studio was very clean, very nice temperature, and included very nice extras and touches. We will definitely book this location if it isn’t already booked when we are in Brevard once again."

"This quaint, older home in the heart of Brevard was just what I was looking for. The interior was remodeled to new style fashions. Kitchen provided everything we needed for cooking, including a bag of ground coffee for guests. It was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Also provided a launday room. Check in was easy, no problems. For older folks - it was a longer walk then what anticipated, into the downtown social area, but a few minutes away by car. I would definitely recommend this rental home if you're looking for adventure."

"The house was very clean and check-in was easy. You are right next to Brevard College which has lots of areas to walk, if that is your thing. We had our dog, so we took advantage of that space. The property is well outfitted with all of your needs when you go. There is one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second floor, all queen beds. It would have been nice to have a king in one of the rooms, that is just my ask, did not affect our stay. Downtown is super close and you can walk to restaurants and shops. We even stopped in at the Veterans war museum and that was really well done."
