In a holiday residence with a swimming pool (unheated and open from mid-June to mid-September), communal tennis courts, and a communal pétanque court, this charming 32 m² cottage (sleeps 4) is available.  
  
It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher) and a relaxation area (sofa, TV).  
  
Wi-Fi access is provided.  
  
There is a bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm) plus a wardrobe and chest of drawers.  
  
The bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) and separate WC are located inside (but separated by a door).  
  
Upstairs, there is a mezzanine (open to the living room) with a double bed (140 cm) and storage space.  
  
The living room opens onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, an awning, and a charcoal barbecue.  
  
Private parking is available.  
  
This holiday rental is rated 1 star.  
  
You'll appreciate: the comfortable layout of this holiday home, its sunny terrace perfect for al fresco dining, and the residence's ideal location with easy access to the beach via a pedestrian path, plus its proximity to the cycle path and sailing school.
