Upon closer inspection, we noticed that almost all of the windows were drafty, with cold air coming in through the gaps. The baseboard in the kitchenette is loose, and the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. In addition, the dishwasher could not be used because neither salt nor rinse aid had been refilled.Conclusion: nice location, quite a nice apartment, but investment would be necessary to remedy the existing defects. ##### Joachim B.
