Eigentlich möchte ich diese Unterkunft nicht bewerten, da es meine Meinung nach so viele Mängel gab, das der Platz hier nicht ausreicht. Es fing damit an, dass der Schlüssel bei Ankunft um 16:00 Uhr nicht im Schlüsselkasten war. Die Umgebung in keinster weise den Bildern bei Expedia entsprach, das Treppenhaus war dreckig, in der Unterkunft waren die Fenster nicht geputzt (Vogeldreck an den Scheiben), viel Staub, Fettfilter der Dunstabzugshaube total verfettet, Deckenlicht im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer lieferte kein normales Fernsehprogramm. Zumindest konnten wir keins finden. Es war keine schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen gebucht, sind nach der ersten Nacht aber wieder abgereist

Ich war mit der Unterbringung in dieser Wohnung sehr zufrieden und würde bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Bremerhaven in Erwägung ziehen wieder eine dieser Wohnungen zu mieten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter verlief sehr gut und bei meinen Wünschen ist man mir sehr entgegenkommen. Top! *****

Der Unterkunft ist nicht drecking, aber auch nicht sauber. Nicht hässlich, aber auch nicht schön. Wir haben uns dort aufgehalten, aber nicht gerne. Würde auf kein Fall wieder kommen, aber Lage ist zentral und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kurzaufenthalt braucht.

Wir fanden es sehr laut - Straßenlärm und andere Mieter. Der Boiler musste mehrfach eingestellt werden. Taubendreck auf dem kleinen Balkon - diese Tür sollte am besten dauerhaft verschlossen werden. Das Treppenhaus hat gestunken und war schmutzig. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.Stock. Das Bett war bequem, die Räume bis auf Kleinigkeiten renoviert und nett dekoriert.

Es war sauber doch das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Im Bad war die Therme defekt so das sie tropfte und ein Eimer drunter stand. Mit der Planung des Aufenthaltes lief auch was schief, so hatten wir die Reinigungskraft einen Tag früher im der Wohnung. Nicht so schön wenn man noch im Bett liegt
