Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Tolle Ausstattung mit dem wundervollen Wintergarten als absolutem Highlight. Hier gibt es immer was zu sehen, den der Blick auf den neuen Hafen und die Marina ist einmalig. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt wie Klimahaus, Auswandererhaus, Sail city Aussichtsplattform, Hafenrundfahrt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Wohnungsübergabe klappte reibungslos.
