  • Modern lake house, over 3,000 square feet with unbelievable lake view. On property with 40 acres with one other house on property. Sleeps 14 people comfortably with a total of 10 beds. 45 minutes from downtown Birmingham and 15 minutes from Exit 299 off I-65. House is very open plan with very large living room, dining, kitchen and 3 out of 4 bedrooms on ground level.

    Includes boat dock with 3 kayaks and ability to dock boat with mooring whip.
