Compact but well equipped, great location

As a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children 4+7) we spent 5 days here whilst enjoying the sights of Bremen. We had a maisonettes apartment but there are different types. It was well equipped, fabulous bed, cooker, fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Towels provided which was a huge help. Functional shower and toilet room. The lounge area is tiny and tv had no English channels, but we managed and watched a bit through the IPad. Location is about 15 mins from the town hall and main shops restaurants etc. The owner could not have been more helpful advising about football matches and leaving info as to where to eat. Would return again.

Für einen Städtetrip ideal

Ich war dort eine Nacht für einen geschäftlichen Städtetrip. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich prima. Das Zimmer ist einfach und klein, aber sauber, und entspricht der Bremer Architektur (enge Strassen, kleine Häuser) Das Badezimmer ist äusserst klein, aber für ein, zwei Nächte ausreichend. Die Bremer Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Bei der Ankunft war das Büro besetzt und wir wurden freundlich und gut über alles informiert. Mir hat die Fußläufigkeit zur Bremer Innenstadt sehr gut gefallen und ich würde für einen Kurztrip jederzeit wieder hier buchen-

Good and comfortable apartment, easy to find free parking just near by street parking. If you want to drive to downtown, you can find free parking near the A&O hostel and then walk to old downtown.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, das Viertel ist nicht weit und mit Bus und Straßenbahn kommt man sowieso auch schnell überall hin. Das Wohngebiet, in dem die Unterkünfte sind, ist sehr nett und ruhig. Parken kann man an der Straße, evtl. nicht direkt vor dem Haus, aber in den umliegenden Straßen findet man sicher immer was, man muss nur aufpassen, da alles Einbahnstraßen sind. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig. Das Bad recht klein, aber für mich hat es gereicht, zudem war es sauber. Im Zimmer ließ die Sauberkeit vor allem in den Ecken etwas zu wünschen übrig. Für eine Übernachtung fand ich es in ok, das Bett und der Boden waren sauber, das ist erstmal das wichtigste. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, sobald andere Gäste das Treppenhaus betreten, hört man alles. Check-In über die Schlüsselbox hat bestens funktioniert, die Kommunikation diesbezüglich mit dem Vermieter über E-Mail war perfekt. 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge habe ich: Zum einen Verdunkelungsvorhänge oder Rollos vor dem Fenster, das war doch recht hell. Zum anderen eine Optimierung der Fernseh-und Radiokanäle. Dass man in Bremen hauptsächlich süddeutsche Sender sehen und hören kann, fand ich nicht so schön.

Lovely apartment in Bremen

When we reached Bremen the skies opened up and we were met by thunder and lightning and high winds, making it slightly difficult to find our way to Feldhouse. But after circling the area a few times we found it and were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. There was a double bed and a sofa along with a fold out bed, a table and a TV. Outside of the room, in the communal area, was a kitchen and the shower room. This area is shared with one more apartment. Outside Feldhouse is a nice Italian restaurant which I can highly recommend, but bring cash as they don't accept cards.

Family holiday August 2018

Travelled as a family of 4, spent 5 days here and enjoyed both the area and accommodation. Owner is very helpful and on site during the weekdays, plenty to do nearby and the main city is a short walk away (30 mins). Should we ever visit again we would definately stay here as it was an ideal location to travel outside of Bremen with good motorway links about 10 mins away. Local shops in the area are also close by and plenty of places to eat out in the area.

We really liked the Feldhouse. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had large windows that opened up. There was also a fan to use. One comfortable double bed and two sofa beds (also comfortable) made it perfect for our family of five. We also really liked the location; quiet and residential but with restaurants and bars close and about 15 min walk in to the beautiful historic citycentre.

Greit for overnatting på farten.

Ankom sent på ettermiddagen. Nøkkel til leiligheten lå i boks utenfor. Du fikk nøkkel ved å taste kode du får av hotellet. Rommet var stort og romslig for oss. Delte bad og kjøkken med en annen leilighet. Var litt vanskelig med parkering ettersom at det var litt fullt i gatene. Ellers ett greit sted å stoppe for natten.

Ihan hyvä huone, joka tosin oli todella kuuma. Itsepalvelu-check-in sujui helposti, kun olin etukäteen soittanut ja pyytänyt pin-koodin. Sen pitäisi tulla sähköpostilla, mutta ainakaan minulle ei tullut. Jaetussa keittiössä hyvä varustus ja jääkaapista voi ostaa edullisia juomia. Wi-Fi toimi erinomaisesti. Vessan ovenkahva putosi lattialle ovea suljettaessa. Kaiken kaikkiaan kuitenkin hintaan nähden hyvä majoitusvaihtoehto.

Very Friendly Stay in a Friendly Neighbourhood

This is not a hotel, but more of a guest house. Our apartment was nice and clean, although we had to share the bathroom with another room. No big deal. The kids enjoyed the warm floors in winter, and we opened the windows to sleep comfortably. Parking on the street was not a problem, but watch out for parking times. There was a cozy Italian restaurant at the corner where we enjoyed a nice dinner among friendly locals. There is a fridge and a very small kitchen, and the manager leaves beers which you can pay at one Euro each by leaving the money in a box inside the room. I actually had a bit of a problem getting into the building, and the folks at the restaurant called the property manager for me to sort things out. The beds were comfortable, and we slept like babies after a long day on the road. I would definitely stay again.
