It includes an entrance into the large south-facing living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge), relaxation area (sofa, armchairs and TV) and living area (table, chairs and sideboard). WIFI access. A storeroom with a second fridge (with freezer section), washing machine and storage. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower + vanity unit) and separate WC. Bedroom No. 1 "parental" type: 1 x 160 with open dressing room type storage and adjoining bathroom (shower, vanity unit and WC). Bedroom No. 2: 1 x 140 + open dressing room type storage.
