You can also enjoy this on your spacious south-facing balcony—which, of course, is furnished with patio furniture—while having a leisurely breakfast, for example. Your perfect holiday day begins with the sound of the sea and the calls of seagulls! Thanks to the excellent local amenities, you can reach restaurants, ice cream parlours, and a few shops for daily necessities in just a few minutes from here. A doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and a bank are also conveniently located nearby. You can set out on excursions—including bike rides—directly from your accommodation. There are plenty of great destinations to choose from, as Cape Arkona with its famous lighthouses and the small, quaint fishing village of Vitt are not far away! The lovely layout and the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living-dining area highlight the maritime charm that greets you the moment you walk in! From the lovingly designed entryway, you look straight into the large, spacious living room with its huge window front opening onto the south-facing balcony. To the left is the modern, naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet; to the right is the cosy bedroom with a great box-spring bed. Before you enter the open-concept kitchen in the living area, you’ll see the door to the storage room on the left, which is equipped with a washing machine and many other amenities. A bright, modern built-in kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. With a view of the outdoors, you can sit here at the dining table and listen to the sound of the sea with the balcony door open. You’re also welcome to take a seat right on the large south-facing balcony! The cosy couch area, featuring an armchair and an ottoman, is located on the right side of the living area. Here, the comfortable sleeper sofa can be converted to accommodate up to two additional guests, bringing the maximum occupancy to four people. Watch TV on the large flat-screen TV from here or snuggle up comfortably!
