The "Schwalbennest" holiday apartment is located in the Juliusruh beach house in the resort town of the same name, at the northern end of the 8-kilometer-long sandy beach of the Schaabe peninsula.

The apartment, on the second floor, is easily accessible via a large elevator. It features two bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and built-in oven.

The children's bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a hospital bed, and a patient lift.

There are two bathrooms: a guest toilet and a bathroom with a barrier-free shower, a wheelchair-accessible sink with grab bars, and HEWI grab bars by the toilet.
