  • Our Arkonablick house is located directly by the dunes and beach promenade in the center of Juliusruh. The 40 m² Möwe apartment is easily accessible via 5 steps on the ground floor and accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 balcony with garden furniture. Amenities include a kitchenette with 2-burner stove, microwave, dining area, Wi-Fi, TV, radio-CD, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, which you can use for an extra charge. A baby cot, high chair, mini safe, and a lockable bike cellar are included.



    Relax on the balcony or in the garden. From mid-May to late September, a private beach chair is available for you on the beach. The beach, dunes, and promenade are right behind the house and garden. Free street parking is available, and an underground parking space can be used for an extra charge if available. Public transport is nearby and free with the spa card. Pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted indoors. Private beach access is available from the garden.



    As a seaside resort, a spa tax is charged seasonally and billed separately. The keys are in the house safe by the mailbox. On site, a service team is available to assist you. Restaurants, ice cream café, kiosk, and bike rental are within walking distance. In Altenkirchen (2 km) you will find a shopping center, gas station, and pharmacy.
