You are also welcome to contact us by phone and book directly with us: 0160 9919 5289 The apartment offers a lot of comfort and can be easily reached from our underground parking space without steps using the hotel's own elevator. On our south-facing balcony you can already enjoy the first warm rays of the sun in the spring in a beach chair. In front of the windows and in front of the balcony door there are mosquito nets to protect against insects. A children's travel bed is available free of charge for our younger guests. In our living room there is a fold-out sofa for sleeping the 3\. Person, or 2 children. Small dogs on request. You will be charged € 5.00 per day. After only 80 meters you will reach the 9 km long sandy beach. An ideal starting point for your hikes. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ausreichend, unter dem Sofa, was als Schlaf Möglichkeit genutz wurde, war etwas mehr Staub. Dieser wurde beim aufklappen aufgewirbeld. Zufahrt und Tiefgaragen Stellplatz waren ohne Probleme zu nutze. Für Frau und Kind Gepäck war der Aufzug ein segen. Die Gelateria Sirolo ist für Allergiker geeignet, es wurden ca.9 Milchfreie Sorten vorgehalten, geschmacklich sehr lecker. Die Strandnähe ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute 5 Minuten mit Kind und Kegel. Spielplatz und Park konnten auch zügig zu Fuß erreicht werden. ##### Sabine S. Sie entsprach hinsichtlich der Lage, der Ausstattung und des Zustandes in allen Punkten den Angaben des Vermieters und so unseren Vorstellungen. -Die Buchung, die An- und Abreise verliefen problemlos. Von "unserem" sehr schönen Domizil in zentraler Ortslage haben wir bei überwiegend gutem Wetter im Zeitraum vom 16.05\. bis 25.05.15 eine ganze Reihe von herrlichen Exkursionen wandernd, radelnd und mit dem Kfz in den rapsblühenden pittoresken Landschaften Rügens unternommen. Die Wohnung überraschte sehr mit der modernen und schicken Ausstattung. Besonders lobenswert war die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Leicht zu handhaben und sehr guter Schlafkomfort, was wir nicht immer so erlebt haben. Nicht zu schlagen ist die Nähe zum Strand. Ebenso lädt der Balkon zum relaxen ein. Da man sich im Sommer hauptsächlich draußen aufhält, war die Größe der Wohnung für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 9,13 Jahre) ausreichend. Wir fahren seit Jahren jedes Jahr nach Breege/Juliusruh und haben uns in diesem Objekt sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu loben ist auch, die unkomplizierte, nette Art der Vermieter. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent 12 Jul 2012 #### Eine Traum-Wohnung Wir können dieser Wohnung und den Vermietern ein großes Lob aussprechen. In unserem Urlaub passte einfach alles. Super Wetter, tolle Landschaft und eine traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein Reiseführer und eine Rad- und Wanderkarte sind vorhanden! Besonders gut hat uns der Balkon gefallen, auf dem man schon im Sonnenschein frühstücken oder nachmittags windgeschützt im Strandkorb sitzen kann. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und bis zum tollen Sandstrand sind es nur 2 Minuten zu gehen.
