We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. The food was always good, breakfast was the best meal everyday. Dinner became very redundant for 7 days. We did thoroughly enjoy our special dinner at the Lotus Leaf, it was delicious. We got the couples massage and it was so wonderful and relaxing. There are kitties all over the resort and we loved seeing them everywhere. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone heading to Jamaica!

The food was incredible. So many choices of restaurants and the buffets were great. The pool was amazing. The beach areas were clean and there was plenty of shade and lounging chairs. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved every bit of this resort. Could not recommend more highly.

"The property is very outdated. The pool area was nice but no bar was open, no service. Never took a hot shower. Luke warm water with old plumbing. Spacious rooms was the only plus. Front desk staff was not attentive to guests. It is what it is. No one went above and beyond."
