The check-in process took far too long—about an hour and a half—which was definitely a drawback. One night, the fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. with no explanation or guidance from the staff, and repeated attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered. Needless to say, my wife was quite shaken by the experience."
