Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed. The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification. No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting and we ask all guests to respect that. No smoking is permitted anywhere in the premises. Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture. No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee. Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs. Extra single bed: Please request this in advance.
