Absolut verwohnt und ungepflegt. Sauber war nur die Bettwäsche, die angeblich sauberen Handtücher hatten Flecke, der Herd TOTAL verdreckt, der Wasserkocher VERDRECKT, überall Spinnengewebe, knarrende Türen, der Tisch mit kaputten Tischbeinen , sodass dieser gar nicht genutzt werden konnte mit einer verdreckten Tischdecke.

Denne lejlighed har på alle måder været en skuffende oplevelse. Det eneste positive at sige om den er beliggenheden i Braunlage. Men lejligheden i sig selv (beskidt, nedslidt, rodet) og hele proceduren omkring ankomst og afrejse med udlevering af nøglen var for os en kæmpe skuffelse. Rengøringsfirmaet, der skulle give os nøglen dukkede op en time for sent, selvom vi havde ringet flere gange og aftalt ankomst. Han var ude at shoppe. Sengetøjet som vi havde bestilt havde han glemt. Det fik vi senere. Nøglen kunne han ikke finde, så vi fik generalnøglen, som vi så skulle bøvle med at give ham ved afrejse. Da vi så ringede på afrejsedagen (en halv time før som aftalt) tog han ikke telefonen. Da han endelig ringede tilbage, ville han overtale os til at rejse senere, da han ikke kunne hente nøglen. Udlejeren virkede meget flink at skrive med inden ankomst, men ved afrejse, da vi skrev til ham omkring problemet med nøglen, svarede han heller ikke. Helt igennem dårligt og frustrerende!

Wir haben einen entspannten Kurzurlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Objekt hat uns 4 Personen alles geboten, was fürs alltägliche notwendig ist. Die Ausstattung übersteigt der Beschreibung und hat uns positiv überrascht. Fußläufig sind Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar.
