Einerseits hat man keine Nachbarn und andererseits ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum von Braunlage. Der Empfang war sehr nett und persönlich, es stand sogar eine Schale mit Obst bereit. Alles war sauber und modern und es waren alle notwendigen Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspültabs, Mülltüten, Abwaschlappen etc. vorhanden. Sauna und Schwimmteich sowie Kamin haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns auch Anfang November rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Man ist ganz schnell in der Stadt, hat aber auf dem Grundstück seine absolute Ruhe. Besonders hatte es uns der tolle Schwimmteich angetan, den wir mit einer wachsenden Frosch-Gemeinschaft teilten (biologisch sehr lehrreich und unterhaltsam ;)). Das Grundstück liegt in Ortsrandlage von Braunlage. Ein Bach (jetzt im Winter war es eher ein kleiner reißender Fluss) flankiert eine Seite des Grundstückes. Ein Bäcker und die Ortsmitte Braunlage waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben, zumal das Haus und das Grundstück einem das Gefühl vermitteln "fast" alleine auf der Welt zu sein. Wer also Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht und trotzdem nicht zu weit weg von allem sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus genossen, ebenso unsere Kinder, für die der Alkoven im Dachgeschoss der Hit war. ##### Dominik P.
