The allergy-friendly apartment is divided into living room, 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen, shower room and balcony. The living room has a cozy sitting area, a spacious dining area and access to the balcony. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, DVD players, Bluetooth soundbar for smartphone / tablet PC / laptop, web radio and CD player are also included. The master bedroom has a double bed, the children's room is equipped with bunk beds, high chair and play area, in the third bedroom there is a single bed and a Murphy bed. The separate kitchen was equipped with high quality appliances and offers an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board and a complete wall cabinet. The modern shower room with toilet also has a urinal and offers hair dryer and make-up mirror. The sauna and barbecue hut are available for common use. The two exclusive apartments of the cottages BergWiese Arnika and Akelei are quietly located on the upper outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg in the Upper Harz. and were completely renovated in 2014\. Naturalness and coziness meet here on a modern, stylish and high-quality equipment and unite in a unique feel-good atmosphere, which guarantees rest and relaxation. The allergy-friendly non-smoking apartments are equipped with exclusive comfort and state-of-the-art technology and were classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV) 2014 with 5 stars - the highest rating. Diese wartete mit allerlei Annehmlichkeiten auf. Kaffeevollautomat, Waschmaschine, Trockner, WLAN und mehr gehört zur Ausstattung. Besonders gut fanden wir den Brötchenlieferservice und den Fahrradschuppen mit Stiefeltrockner. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Sauna. Diese ist für 2 FeWo und 2 Blockhäuser gemeinsam zu nutzen. Dank Sturmtuef Sabine gab es frischen Schnee zum Abreiben nach dem Schwitzen, einfach wunderbar. Leider hatten wir nicht mehr die Zeit die Grillhütte zu nutzen. Die Lage in St Andreasberg war für uns günstig, da sowohl die Rodelwieses Teichtal als auch der Nahkauf problemlos fussläufig waren, auch für unsere Kleine (3 Jahre). Der Kontakt mit dem Concierge-Service als auch dem Vermieter lief hervorragend, auch wenn die FeWo-App diesmal total versagt hat, Fehler in den Buchungsdaten und Zahlungsaufforderungen die nicht funktionierten. Aber Vermieter und Concierge- Service haben alles wieder gerade gebogen. Insgesamt einfach toll, super ausgestattet, gepflegt und tolle Lage mit Aussicht. Wir werden wieder kommen und haben diese kleine "Anlage" auch schon weiterempfohlen. ##### Manuel D. ---
