Braunig Lake

The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all the questions I had for places of interest around the city. The front desk staff member who I had the pleasure to talk with shared the unique history of the hotel. All of this to say, she really brought a great sense of courtesy that elevated my stay at Gibbs. So much so that I am actually taking the time to write a review.

this was the perfect family stay! 10/10 recommend. the service was top notch

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Valencia. Our daughter said she felt like a princess staying here. The staff was great especially Ronnie. He not only made great coffee in the mornings, but was full of great advice and knowledgeable about the area. One downside is no pool, but there is so much to do in the San Antonio area that it was a non-issue. Would definitely stay here another time!!!
