"The property overall was nice. Staff were excellent and welcoming. Our room was great, right by the pool, only complaint was there floors were a bit dirty. Our kids were walking around barefoot in the room and their feet would turn brown. I told room service and they got on it immediately. The room service staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure the kids were happy! Beautiful property with lots of games for the kiddos, and a big pool. The pool could’ve been cleaned more often, for my 5 day stay the pool was getting cleaned on my last day. Lots of bugs in the pool but it’s Florida, what can you do. Overall 9/10"
