Luna Studio is a bright and comfortable getaway located in the quiet residential area of Bartolomeu, just a short drive from Brașov’s historic Old Town. It’s a perfect choice for couples, friends, or small families of up to three guests who want both comfort and peace, while staying within easy reach of the city and the mountains.

The main room is designed for rest and relaxation, with a generous king-size bed dressed in fresh linens and a fold-out armchair that transforms into a bed for a third guest. Evenings can be spent unwinding in front of the 80 cm flat-screen TV, while the internet ensures fast connectivity for work or leisure. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and open up to charming mountain views, a reminder that you’re in the heart of Transylvania.

The kitchen is separate from the living area, giving you space and comfort to cook and enjoy meals together. It’s fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave, a four-burner gas stove with hood, and all the small appliances that make life easier, including a Dolce Gusto capsule espresso machine, toaster, and kettle. In the center, a dining table with seating for three invites you to share meals with your loved ones while planning your next day’s adventures.

The bathroom is modern and practical, featuring a refreshing shower and a washing machine for your convenience during longer stays. An iron with board, drying rack, and vacuum cleaner are also available to ensure you have everything you need for a carefree visit. For peace of mind, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit is provided as well.

Outside, you’ll find a dedicated parking space, so you’ll never have to worry about city parking, and a nearby outdoor playground makes the location family-friendly.

House rules
• To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house and balcony.
• No smoking in the apartment. Please use the balcony. In case of smoking inside the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). It is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.
