Foi minha terceira vez no hotel. Realmente o hotel ainda peca muito no serviço e treinamento da equipe. Já relatei aqui sobre a tal "taxa de hotel" que me cobraram na primeira vez. Na segunda já não cobraram e achei que haviam revisado isso. Só que não! O que acontece é que depende de quem vai te atender. Na terceira vez, mais uma vez foram me cobrar a taxa de hotel mesmo eu já tendo pago pelo Hoteis.com. Eu reclamei e a atendente me disse: "É opcional". Bem, isso não me foi dito na primeira vez. Em seguida, mesmo tendo pago, me pediu para pagar um valor de caução! Hora, eu já paguei antecipadamente a reserva. Por que caução?! Me recusei a ser atendido por ela e o seu colega, muito mais atencioso, me ajudou. Complicado. Não tem padrão de atendimento. Não existem regras definidas. Mais um exemplo: Ainda insistem em frigobar desabastecido. Se chegar de madrugada, nem tem onde comprar. E não arrumaram o quarto. Liguei na recepcão pedindo toalhas. A funcionária que levou disse que tem q solicitar arrumação na recepção (absurdo). Já a recepção disse que não precisa. Bagunça total de novo. 1 vez disseram que conseguiriam abrir a garagem para mim depois do check out. Dessa vez disseram q não tem como abrir. E que tem que dar a volta no quarteirão com o carro e devolver o controle. Resumo: Tudo depende de quem te atende. As regras e informações mudam. Triste pq é o melhor hotel na região. Imóvel ótimo, treinamento de equipe inexistente.

O quarto é realmente o ponto alto. Chuveiro muito bom e com excelente pressão. A cama tamanho queen e os dois ambientes, ambos com TV são diferenciais. Por ter dois ambientes, o quarto fica mais silencioso porque não se ouve o corredor. O café da manhã já não combina com o hotel. Pequeno, pouco variado. Talvez por ser novo, parecem estar improvisando. Vc vê literalmente o funcionário cortar as frutas logo atrás das bandejas para repor. O espaço do café também é pequeno. Se o hotel estiver cheio, nos horários que sabidamente a maioria desce, vai ser complicado. O pior de tudo, e não é sobre valor, aconteceu pq no check in me cobram mais 36,00 a mais por diária a título de "taxa de hotel". Nunca tinha visto isso na vida. É normal em vários hoteis, principalmente no nordeste, taxa de turismo. Mas taxa de hotel eu nuca tinha visto. Nas plataforma de reserva, sempre pagamos a diária + taxas e impostos. Chegando lá ainda cobram essa taxa. Isso é muuuito chato e não me parece fazer sentido. A atendente ainda foi irônica comigo como se isso fosse a coisa mais comum do mundo! Eu literalmente me hospedo em hoteis todas as semanas nos mais diversos locais. Nunca tinha ouvido falar disso.
