"Overall, the stay was decent, but for the price, the Executive Class King room was not nearly as extravagant as expected. The room itself was also smaller than anticipated. The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and hot tub area were also very dated and smaller than expected. The restaurant was disappointing as well — overpriced for the portion sizes served. Another downside was how thin the windows seemed to be, as downtown traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. On the positive side, the valet service was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the experience. The staff handling valet were professional, quick, and very friendly."

"Room was fantastic, they gave us a free upgrade. Friendly staff. Great location. Only downside is, if you are checking in late, you may have to wait 15/20 minutes due to there system."

"The kitchen did not have any soap for dishes, no paper towel. The floor was dusty and the tv in the room was not working. I was disappointed, but apart from that it was good. But these are important things to have."

"Towels are thin, breakfast has only yogurt for protein, Parking is an uncomfortable and confusing distance away. The TV controls and channel access were not intuitive. Everything was squeaky clean, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. There is a great game/rec room and a study/quiet area that we only found on our way out. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and we had three consecutive great nights' sleep."

She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and has a wealth of knowledge for visitors to the capital."

"Stayed for a night, was a little hesitant due to the bad reviews. However, everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, modernized and spacious. Our room had a whole kitchen with everything you would need including a full size fridge. We stopped by early to see if we could park the vehicle on the available onsite parking and we were informed our room was ready and we could check in about 3 hours earlier than expected. Close to everything, including grocery store, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again! Downside: Underground parking is limited"
