The condo is located in a prime location with a water view off the living room and master bedroom. There is a trail right down the street to access as well. We truly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were fun and the lake behind the condo was the best part! My kids fished everyday. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and things we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to just veg out. lol The only down fall is you can hear the neighbors upstairs walk and pull open there sliding door, but other than that, we had a great stay. ##### Stephanie M. Kristy was very responsive, friendly, and helped answer a couple questions for us. This place is located right on the river and has great views from the screened in porch and primary bedroom. A great little trail is just feet from the front porch. Our family had a nice time tracking down it and getting some nice photos. The beds were very comfortably and everything we needed was supplied. The playground is very close as well. We ran out of time to check it out, but if you have little kids it will come in handy. Overall is was excellent experience all around and I can easily recommend this place. ##### Scott S. Liked the screened in porch..The 4 of us are all 80 years old with some health issues and appreciated no steps. If you do remodeling in the future, a walk-in shower with bench and hi-rise toilets would be nice. A chair in the bedrooms would help. Not only is this a spectacular location, this beautiful condo is well furnished with comfortable beds and just about everything that you might ever need. The trailhead for the Lakeside hiking trail is at one end of the building and a playground with lake access is at the other end. The clubhouse is nearby, too. This condo is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, even though it is only a 10 minute drive to Branson shows. Don't give it a second thought--just book it. You will be so glad you did. We are already making plans to visit Branson again and Kristy's condo will definitely be our first choice.
