Discover the convenience of this first-floor, easily accessible 2-bedroom/2-bath condo located in the Fall Creek Resort. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. Enjoy a cozy common area with comfortable seating and dining arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

This condo provides a relaxing retreat with a flat-screen TV, cable, and WIFI in the living room and each bedroom. From the covered patio and backyard, you can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Taneycomo, observing boats, canoes, and wildlife in a tranquil setting. Fall Creek Marina is just a 7-minute stroll away, offering boat rentals and nearby trailer storage. The marina also allows fishing for a nominal daily fee.
