Unfortunately, there isn’t enough parking to accommodate the number of guests that stay here. We had to park on the side of the building in the grass, by the fire lane, many others were forced to park in the fire lane as there was nowhere to park, even up the hill at the other buildings. The customer service was top notch, they communicated with us very quickly, giving us the grass parking option & they kept us well informed with the power outage the Branson area had on 10/19/24\. It could be cleaned better. The showers had hair in the them when we arrived and we had to ask for a mop because our feet were black within an hour of walking on the floors.
