Start your next adventure and step into Coaster Cove, our charming and spacious, 2-bedroom condo (with high ceilings and granite counter tops), in the picturesque Ozark Mountains where you will be greeted by incredible views and sounds of the thrilling roller coasters of Silver Dollar City. Let's not forget the enjoyable sounds of the train whistle, coaxing you and your young ones to this amazing 1880's amusement park, just 2 miles away. Our mountain retreat is just a short trail walk down to the clear waters of Table Rock Lake. We are in a beautiful setting amidst the mountains with the sights and sounds of Silver Dollar City(1.5 miles away), but only a short 15 min drive to the Branson Strip with all the excitement of the city. We are on the bottom floor of a rustic log cabin-style condo building at the end of the road (nice for less traffic!) We have 2 sets of STAIRS that lead down to the condo. While this is great exercise after those delicious meals in Branson, it may not be the best fit for those who do not do stairs well. There is a green space right outside the door with a grill for guest use and it is also a nice area for kids to play or to walk pets. MASTER BEDROOM: Memory foam king bed, workspace overlooking the beautiful view of Ozarks, private door to balcony, private bath with jacuzzi tub. 2ND BEDROOM: Sturdy bunkbeds with a double bed and single. Comfy chair to watch the TV. Private entrance to 2nd bathroom. Room darkening curtains. Toys, books & DVDs for kids. ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREA: There is a memory foam double sofa bed in the loveseat with extra blankets and pillows in the dresser drawers and closet. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: Full-service kitchen/dishes/pots/pans/coffee/tea, granite countertops, dining room table with 6 chairs/ 2 barstools LAUNDRY: We do have a washer and dryer for our guests. A few laundry pods are provided in the welcome table to wash a few loads. PATIO: We have a back patio with comfy seating for relaxing and taking in the views of the Ozarks and sounds of the roller coasters! There is a table with 2 chairs in front of the condo. We have a convenient green space right outside the condo with a grill for those evenings relaxing at the condo. Lighter fluid and charcoal are not provided but can be purchased at one of the marinas or the small grocery 1.2 miles away on Indian Point. AMENITIES: Pool & Hot Tub are seasonal Pool-open10am-10pm (pool towels are provided in the condo) New Hot tub-for adult use only Tennis Courts/Basketball/Pickle Ball Playground Walking trail to the lake (waterfalls if the weather has been rainy) Free Wifi , cable, and blue-ray player PETS: Two pets are allowed with an extra cleaning fee of $75\. Greenspace right outside the door for walking pets. Baggies for cleanup are located in the parking lot and under the sink. Guests are expected to clean up after their pet in the yard outside the condo. There are a water and food dish under the sink as well. Guests are responsible for any damage to the condo from their pets. We recommend pets stay in a kennel when guests leave the condo for the day. Please bring your pet's bedding/kennel. GUEST ACCESS: Easy lake access with a trail leading to the beautiful natural stone beach overlooking the clear waters of Table Rock Lake. Explore coves and the small hidden bluffs. Bring fishing rods for a relaxing morning fishing with a picnic lunch on the large rocks or cool off in the pretty waters. PARKING: Parking spots available in front of the condo. Absolutely no trailers or boats are allowed at The Cove. The Outpost on Indian Point offers trailer parking for $15 per night. Two marinas are also located on Indian Point. I was a little hesitant about the 2nd room having bunk beds because we were traveling with our 6 foot 5, 19 year old son but he said he was comfortable on the bottom bunk! Most people go to Branson to go to Silver Dollar City, you literally turn left out of the property and you are at the parking lot. You are 10 minutes away from the strip and if you are like me, I’m not a fan of being on top of the strip or the people. The property is extremely clean and the host was amazing!! She found out they were going to do some work and was quick to let us know. I was able to email her a few days ahead and added a day to our stay. Kitchen has everything you need to fix meals. Lots of nice extras, for children a high chair & kid serving wear. Also in the children's room were some blocks & outdoor toys. My children enjoyed these & they used the basketball at the court one day.The washer/dryer are very nice & I was able to get all our clothes clean during our stay. The location is perfect, being the bottom unit was great for us, our children played in the grassy area & we could see them as we prepared food or or sat on the porch.We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings drinking our coffee listening to the train whistle while seeing & hearing the costers running. The beds were very comfortable, our children loved the bunkbeds. The living room seating is also very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets to make you feel at home. Audra is an amazing host & communicating with her is fast & easy! She will make sure your stay is perfect! Overall our stay was fantastic! My children and I stayed at Coaster Cove and had a truly amazing experience! Audra, literally thought of everything. We had everything we needed and more including kitchenware needed for meals, an abundantly stocked coffee bar, plenty of laundry and kitchen detergents, blankets, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap, board games, movies, Netflix, Hulu, and probably so much more than what we noticed! We had a binder full of easy to find important information such as the Wi-Fi logins, a basket full of pamphlets with several local activities and recommendations. Even the light switches had labels above each with what they went to which was very helpful. Otherwise we would probably have been flipping multiple switches multiple times which would have been frustrating. Audra checked in to make sure everything was in order and we didn’t need anything else or have questions. She also gave us her cell number in the event we needed anything. Audra was always quick to respond to any messages I sent her in Vrbo messages. This condo is absolutely gorgeous and literally 5 minutes away from Silver dollar city which was our main agenda. I chose this condo because I also have a small dog who is part of our family and I could not have made this trip without her! We are already planning our next stay! Thank you Audra! ##### Angie W. Simple check in, minimal check out instructions. But it was the little touches that made this place stand out! Everything was clearly labeled, which made finding extra things extremely easy. The condo is VERY kid friendly, even including toys, DVDs, a stepstool and blackout curtains. The bed was very comfortable and the unit smelled amazing when we walked in! There are two sets of stairs (clearly stated in the listing) but it wasn’t bad, and even being on the lowest level we didn’t hear any noise from the unit above. We’ve already booked a return trip this fall and will try to stay here anytime we visit! ##### Miranda A.
