Three bedrooms, two bathrooms – Over 1250 square feet. Waterfront at Rock Lane Marina. The floor plan consists of one level -- Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Back deck, Master bedroom (Queen), Bedroom #2 (King), Bunkroom (sleeps 4). Why stay far from the marina when you can be right next door? Come sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water! Gentle slope for easy walk right down to the water's edge. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Unit has a Queen bed in master with walk in shower and big jetted tub. View of lake from both the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunkroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 4 twin mattresses. All TVs have streaming devices, so you can sign into your apps (no cable). Everything you need is right on the resort grounds -- two restaurants (Rock Island Grill, and Parrots Pavilion Tiki Bar), marina with boat and slip rentals, swimming pool, and corn hole. Live music at the Tiki Bar on the weekends during the summer! All located on Indian Point directly on the lake! You won't find a better location than this one! While there were some positive aspects, our overall experience was mixed.Pros:The home was clean and well-maintained.We enjoyed the nice view and found the grills easy to use for cooking out.Cons:The beds were rather uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality.Unfortunately, the bar was closed and under construction during our stay.The pool was also closed, and there was no hot tub as listed with VRBO filters.Loud construction was happening right outside our front door for the duration of the trip.If we had booked this as just a resort trip, we would have been extremely disappointed because none of the amenities were in working order or were not there at all.I would recommend this property once the construction is finished, but as for our stay, I give it 3/5 stars. ##### Brian M. It was clean and really big. We stayed with another couple and their kid ( we have 3 kids) and it was plenty of room. Our internet broke and the owner came right down and fixed it which was so nice!!!The bar and restaurant on the resort property was so fun and the food was excellent. Both pools were clean and everyone on site was pleasant and very helpful. We rented a boat nearby and used the marina courtesy docks which was super convenient. Loved the whole experience!! Only comment we have is in the description on number of beds. The description stated king, queen and child’s bed in 2nd living room. There was no bed but there was a couch. Good thing we brought a air mattress! Don’t understand why the hefty fee for cleaning when we were asked to take out all garbage and strip all bedding and start laundry of a load of towels.
