This is located in secluded Tall Pines 40 acres estate off of UU only 20 minutes to Branson. The Refuge is located in a 40 acres country estate in the heart of the Ozarks offering 7 unique homes to enjoy while n vacation in the Branson Missouri area. New to Tall Pines is a salt water community swimming pool shared by only these 7 homes. The Refuge at Tall Pines is a full-featured house with the warm cozy feel of a log cabin. It has 2,000 square feet of indoor living space. There are several separate outdoor living areas including a screened-in sleeping porch, a covered porch, an open deck, and a hot-tub deck. The main level features a large stone fireplace (gas log), large custom windows, 2 queen bedrooms, a bath, and a large country kitchen/living room. Upstairs is a spacious loft with great views of the surrounding forest, and a large private master bedroom suite with a separate shower and extra-large tub. The lowest level is a comfortable family room area. Our guests enjoy the main floor kitchen/living room for conversation and the family room for fun. Full laundry facilities are tucked away in the corner of the lowest level. Enjoy the pool table and large screen tv downstairs and the patio that features a pool table. Upstairs is another game for your to enjoy - a foosball table. You can enjoy fast wifi speeds throughout this beautiful home! Your booking comes with $400 in attraction tickets daily, fun built right in! The outside is just as glorious as the inside! The yard is spacious enough for children to play with, and there is a swing set within walking distance of the cabins. The wrap-around deck has patio furniture, a hot tub, a gas grill, and incredible views. The hot tub is amazing, we played pool each night we were there. Bed was comfy compared to other places. We loved that there was a Christmas tree in the living room! Nice touch. Property a little dated! Hostess was super nice. The rental company not so much… we arrived one hour early and would have liked to have checked in. They said call back later to see if was ready! The property was clean and as described. We loved the pool table, ping pong table and foosball. The layout worked perfect for our family. The cabin is definitely a bit of a drive from town. I would suggest taking snacks or meals unless you don’t mind a drive into town. We loved the privacy and seclusion of the cabin vs. all the cabins on tops of each other in town. We enjoyed the quiet, convenient location (generally within 20-30 minutes of our day trips) as well as having access to a pool in the July heat.The cabins 3 bedrooms (master's mattress and pillows could use updating) were good for us as was the big gathering table with benches. The seating area did not provide ideal seating for us to comfortably gather as there was just a couch and a rocking chair. Check-in and out was simple and communication was warm and efficient. ##### Lisa B. The pool was probably the highlight of the trip. After walking around town all morning and playing mini golf. We would come back and relax in the pool in the afternoon. The area was nice and quiet. We've already told friends and family about the the cabin. Maybe we can get back soon. Until then at least we have the memories. Thank you. ##### Adaptive A. We wanted peaceful, serene and relaxing and the The Refuge delivered!! It was so comfortable and cozy. We used the hot tub daily, played ping pong (screened in porch area downstairs, very cool), played pool and foosball. Took our Huskies on several walks around the area and they enjoyed hanging out on the patio with us. We didn't even watch tv, didn't go anywhere either, nor did I get out of my lounging clothes all week -except during our renewal ceremony! LOL! We hired a local Reverend and she was great! (Reverend Dee) The cabin is decorated SO cute and I loved just walking around looking at everything. We sat on the front porch during a rain storm and watch the trees sway and later experienced a beautiful sunset with the silhouette of tall pine trees in the foreground. We will definitely book agai after this stay. We booked the refuge for the weekend and couldn't have been happier. The cabin was well appointed and had everything we could ask for to enjoy our stay. The hosts checked in with us multiple times by text or email and gave great directions and feedback on the property and surrounding area to be sure we had the best time we could.
