We can't wait for you to stay at this beautiful lakefront condo! Located in the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Resort, everything you need is here to have a great vacation. We are located directly on Lake Taneycomo. Watch the fly fisherman from our screened in back deck, or try your skills at fly fishing. Lake Taneycomo is known from some of the finest trout fishing anywhere in the world! We offer a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with your friends and family. Retreat to one of the 2 king bedrooms or the open loft upstairs with 2 full beds. We have provided comfortable mattresses for that perfect nights sleep. So many amenities in the resort! Start the day with a workout in our fitness facility, or walk the gorgeous neighborhood. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool. If you need more, we have golf, tennis, basketball, a playground, and a dog park. Don't wait, book your stay now! Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know: $60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play. Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking. \*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee. Location to Branson Amenities 4 miles/9 minutes to The Strip 2 miles/9 minutes to Fall Creek Marina-great place to rent a boat for Lake Taneycomo 5 miles/12 minutes to The State Park Marina- great place for boat rental on Table Rock Lake 8 miles/15 minutes to Silver Dollar City 8 miles/19 minutes to Branson Landing On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop. We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee \-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August. \-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters. \-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. \-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked. \-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. \-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. The condo was very clean, well equipped, great location, located in a gated golf course / resort oriented community. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us plenty of room for our family group of 6 to spread out. We never needed the property manager for anything, but Brenda reached out a couple of times to check on us and to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this rental. ##### Edd L. Close enough to the hussle and bussle but far enough ti get a break from the crowds. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom fit our family perfectly. They even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. Plently of toilet paper and paper towels no need for us to go and buy any. Which was VERY nice. The onsite pools where wonderful also in the days it was raining we could enjoy the indoor pool. The view was wonderful and ao peaceful. ##### joleen h. The condo and owner were awesome! It was very clean when we arrived and had all the necessities we needed. It is a gated entrance with an active attendant so it felt very safe right from the get go. The check-in process was super easy and just as explained in information Brenda provided before we arrived.The condo backs up to Lake Taneycomo which my son loved as he went fishing for trout nearly every day. There is a really cool hiking path right off the side of the condo and give some really great views of the lake. There is a pool a playground a restaurant and other amenities right on the premise. It is also very close to all the attractions and shows right downtown, you can't walk but there is parking all over town so no bid deal. Anyway, all beds were nice, all bathrooms were clean and usable and all appliances worked great. We went to Dogwood Nature Canyon and Top of the Rock and the views were absolutely amazing! I would recommend staying here to anyone else looking to go to Branson! ##### Andy F. Our condo was in a cove off of lake Taneycomo. Because it was Late fall/Winter we had a good view of the water. We took a very short walk to the edge of the water and immediately wished we had brought our fishing poles. It was perfect trout fishing weather and the bank is very decent for shore fishing. The condo was clean and decently equipped. I suggest checking out what cooking supplies (pots, pans etc) are provided BEFORE heading to the store. We made due with what was provided, improvised some, and made it all workable. The only issue we really had was the hot water. It definitely was in short supply. I did let the property owner/manager know so I am sure it will be addressed and quickly taken care of because 5 min of hot water for 8 people isn’t fun. That being said, we enjoyed our stay in Branson and Lakeside Loft was very charming. ##### Delana B.
