Here’s what you need to know: $60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play. Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August. \-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters. \-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. \-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked. \-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. \-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. It had everything we needed for our trip and more. It was very spacious and very clean. Everything worked exactly like it was supposed to. The decor is simply the best and most inviting from the moment you walk through the door. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job of cleaning. I am a Retired Hotel General Manager, so I know what to look for. Communications were the best. The condo was even better than the pictures and description show. It was a very quite property in a gated community. I usually travel with 4 friends and we rent a condo with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. This time only two of us traveled, for this spur of the moment trip. It is completely Walk In too. I highly recommend Captains Pointed in Pointe Royale. ##### Barbara M. From the lay out inside to the decorations to all the little things supplied that you dont think of needing such as spices, chip.clips, plastic baggies, laundry stuff, qtips, cotton balls, first aid stuff, the list goes on. Everything inside was higher end quality and very spacious and roomy. The fact that it was a floor unit was the topping to the cake! The communication was absolutely excellent. Now lets talk about the resort and amenities! Everything you want is all.right here. We fished, we swam, we ate and drank, we played basketball, we skipped rocks we truly didnt even have to leave if we didnt want to!
