Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formally Eagles Nest Resort), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes away from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

Comfortably decorated and super clean, the condo provides all the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, sightseeing around Branson, live shows, golf, shopping or dining. Our unit is located on the ground level, approximately 15 stairs down from the parking lot. Being a ground level unit allows easy access to the yard area, playground, pool, tennis court, and the other Resort amenities just right off our back 20ft patio.

* FAMILY ROOM: Cable, free WiFi, 50in flat screen HDTV, Blue-Ray/DVD player, Wii with games, and USB charging port in wall outlet. The queen-size sofa has a plush 7inch queen size mattress which ensures all guests will sleep comfortably.

* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom, and walkout access to the 20ft patio.

* GUEST BEDROOM: Queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The updated kitchen with stainless appliances is completely furnished with coffee pot, utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports in the wall outlets and a washer and dryer. We also provide spices and seasonings, salt, pepper, coffee and tea bags. The granite counter tops has a bar space with seating for 2. The dining table seats 4.

Towels, linens, hair dryers, and supplies such as washing detergent, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner or bath soap.

* 20FT PATIO: Whether you choose the patio table with very comfortable seating for 4 or the set of absolutely fabulous wicker type chairs and ottoman, the patio is a perfect location to enjoy your coffee, read a book, take a nap or watch your children play in the yard or at the playground. The Resort offers charcoal grills on property, with one located to the left of our patio.

Please note, the resort’s pool and hot tub closed for the season on September 19, 2023.

IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.

Resort Amenities include: Outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball goal, children’s playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim.

Nearby – within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina for water craft rental, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.
