No Stairs! Condo Minutes from Branson Strip!

Summary:
This beautiful and spacious condo on the Wyndham Resort is located just three miles from Branson’s famous 76 Strip and just 10 minutes from Table Rock lake. No expenses were spared in updating the interior of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. There are no stairs inside or out and the unit has been thoughtfully stocked with all of the conveniences of home. Stepping out on the screened porch you will be delighted by the trickling brook below and the beauty of the tall gushing fountain.

The Space:
This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has an open floor plan with a roomy kitchen, dining, and living room. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new white cabinets and a large island set this cook’s kitchen apart. The cabinets are amply stocked with plates, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, and meal prep appliances you might need. These amenities and open floor plan make it a joy to cook in the midst of your favorite company.

Sink into the living room couch and enjoy a show on the oversized flat screen TV. Or, turn off the TV and sit down for a game of chess or checkers at the game table. There are additional children’s games as well. Step out to the screened porch for an early morning cup of coffee and view the sun as it rises over the brook fed pond. Nothing is more relaxing than the trickling sound of the brook and the splashing of the tall fountain.

The master bedroom is comfortable with its king bed, quality bedding and private bathroom. You will love the luxury of the tiled walk-in shower and double sink vanities with granite counter tops. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed and has a door directly into the hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Just one less thing you have to pack!

The condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience, and we provide the detergent! An extra bonus is the pullout couch in the living room providing additional sleeping space for your last two guests.

The pool is just a short minute walk from the condo. Children can also enjoy the playground while adults can soak in the beauty of the natural landscaped areas. There is a charcoal grill on the grounds just steps from the beautiful pond.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo all to yourself! Feel free to also enjoy the community amenities located around the resort!

The Neighborhood:
Wyndham Resort provides several wonderful amenities throughout it's beautiful little community. There are two outdoor pools (open seasonally), a small community pond, and lots of lovely walking grounds!

Getting Around:
After enjoying all the perks of the Wyndham community, head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 8 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Pointe Royale! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

The entire condo is all on one level with no stairs inside or outside!

Interaction with Guests:
No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!
