NO PETS Do not hang anything on deck railing Short term trailer parking in the lot by the dumpsters - form attached to be sent prior to arrival. Quite hours 10:00pm to 8:00 am. Treehouse Condos (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred.
