We had a lovely stay at this cute condo for a quick weekend getaway with our family of nine, including our 2-year-old granddaughter. Ashley, the owner, was amazing—her communication was the best we've ever experienced! She was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There were a few minor issues when we arrived, like not having enough bath towels for all of us. But Ashley quickly resolved it, sending brand-new towels from Walmart, which was a fantastic touch. We did notice the floors could have been cleaned a bit better, as our granddaughter’s feet got dirty from walking around, and we found a cup in the cabinet with dried milk (which we put in the dishwasher). I forgot to mention this to Ashley, but I’m sure she would have addressed it immediately if I had. She even offered to send another cleaning crew, but since we were leaving the next day, it didn’t make sense to have them come out. The property owner was super helpful an was very prompt when any questions arose no matter the time. We absolutely loved the view from the balcony.
