Spend the day relaxing in the sand of Moonshine Beach which is just a few miles away or drop your anchor in Chateau Cove and join your family from the lodge for a swim, or tube or wakeboard with a boat rented from the nearby State Park Marina. Table Rock Lake has everything you're looking for to enjoy a perfect day out on the water! For only $5 a carload you can take the whole family to Moonshine Beach. This is by far our favorite place to come and relax with friends and family while enjoying the lake. The beach is protected from boat traffic, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. There are covered picnic areas, grills, a big playground. If you haul down your own watercraft you can store it at the State Park Marina just a quick 4 miles away. State Park Marina also does boat rentals! AREA ATTRACTIONS Whether on land, air or water, there are lots of ways to entertain yourself in Branson! Enjoy playing at Table Rock Lake, visit Silver Dollar City, explore one of the fun museums, race the kids in go karts, play a round at one of the many local golf courses, indulge in some retail therapy with a great day of shopping, enjoy a visit to a local winery, fly over the Ozarks in a helicopter, or soar on a zip line. Amazing space inside, confident location, indoor pool was a short walk and warm, almost every room has ensuite bathroom. My kids called it "our mansion". Called Beth on the weekend once because I forgot to read the welcome book on what pool to use (the one at the bottom of the hill), and she was very nice about it. Playground steps away. Highlights: - Lots of room for kids to run around - Everything was exceptionally clean - Check-in/out was a breeze - Pool access right next door with child-lock fence, so we weren’t always worrying if someone left a side door open - Two sets of washers/dryers - Lots of kitchen supplies - Well supplied with toiletries - Ten minutes from the strip Considerations: - Some things could use some TLC (front step was a little wobbly, odd leak from the gutter by back patio, dishwasher was clunky) - You will need to drive trash to a large dumpster a block away All-in-all, it was a wonderful home and would stay here again! ##### Anne L. So much space that we could all have our individual time while still sharing family time. The size of the kitchen allowed us to work together preparing meals and have the perfect amount of space to work in. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. The one thing we all agreed we could have done without was the helicopter tours. Nothing the homeowners could do anything about, but it was noisy outside. We've now grown so large that we require 8 bedrooms. Finding a vacation rental with so many rooms (and bathrooms) is not easy when we also want easy access to swimming and sports courts. Last year we discovered the Chateau Mountain Manor and it was perfect for our needs. So much so that we rented it again this year and I already have a deposit down for it for 2025\. The house is lovely, convenient, homey, and fun. It's big enough to hold us all comfortably, but not so huge that we get lost in it. I Love the screened in porch where i spend much of my time. Beth is excellent to work with, and very friendly - even when last year my attempt at frying French Toast set off the smoke alarm. We have a large family, but have managed to get together each summer for the last 19 years. Generally we look for a large house with access to swimming and enough features in the Home for games and cooking. The Chateau Mountain Manor by Beth’s Breakaways was absolutely the best we’ve stayed at. It was the First place where, on the last day Of the start, my kids all asked could we stay here next year. The House was beautiful, spacious and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen facilities included 2 refrigerators and was more cabinet space than we could use. The online Guide To the house that Beth sent us was by far the most complete and most professional one I’d seen. Interaction with Beth, Christie and the crew was superb. I stupidly set off the smoke alarm frying French Toast without using the exhaust fan, and friendly Beth calmly walked me through the reset process. We were missing one of the billiard balls and Beth herself immediately drove over to deliver it. (We actually found the ball, apparently hidden by a previous guest, but not in time to let Beth know not to come) Anyway, I hope I’ve made it clear how much we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Beth’s service. ##### Matthew S. Stayed there three timnes I think this says it all: We've spent our last three summer vacations at the Chateau Mountain Manor. It's perfect for our large family. And Beth and her staff are ideal to work with. Access to a semi-private pool was a game changer for us, and the community facilities at the site were top notch. Everything was exactly as advertised – spacious, clean, and perfect for a large group. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably, and the layout made it easy for us to enjoy our time together.The girls especially loved the pool and spent hours swimming and having fun. The hot tub and outdoor area were also a big hit – we made s’mores around the fire pit and created some great memories. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay.We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-equipped spot for a group getaway.
