Double parking is NOT permitted. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to park alongside Cabin Ct (down the hill) and walk up to the unit. If you park in the other parking spots, your vehicle will be towed. If any towing expense is incurred, you will be charged for the expense. No trailers or RVs are allowed. This cabin is part of a quadplex. Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival and guests agree to pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee. To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage. This property does not have access to a swimming pool or hot tub. We were to believe the couch in the loft was a pull out bed which it wasn’t. Finding the location and driveway were a bit tough. The furniture and beds were comfy. The area is quiet and safe. However, the cabin itself made up for this. It was large, comfortable, and even better than the pictures. The large deck outside was lovely as well. I would encourage a bit of upkeep of new lighting among the pathway as there is a deep dip in the sidewalk that is hard to see at night. Other than that, this was a great rental that we would stay at again. ##### Cari B. Absolutely loved the cabin itself, great for kids. Having the amenities was great as well. We did suffer from massive allergies which never left due to cats being there sometime preciously. After our first night we woke up with swollen eyes and had to re-wash our bedding and noticed lots of staining on the mattress pad. Parking was difficult to navigate due to steep incline's and nowhere to turn around. We did have to buy a fan to keep cool as the system didn’t seem to keep certain areas cool and will not go below 70 which is normally more than cool. On our second night we encountered neighbors with a barking dog and the second to last night we had neighbors with very unruly children that screamed for hours and kept slamming doors. This happened until almost midnight. Next time I will make sure to find a place that doesn’t allow pets. ##### Dan P.
