The location of the condo is also amazing, so close to everything in Branson. We started to notice small things like dirty/missing grout and a missing drawer in the kitchen, which to us isn’t a big deal until we started having bigger issues. When we went to use the walk-in shower needed for my son, the glass doors became stuck and he couldn’t enter the shower. It caused inconvenience and a safety hazard because of the glass potentially shattering. When we reached out to the host about this concern on Thursday evening, Friday morning, and Saturday morning we did not hear back until Saturday evening. We also had issues with multiple drains that were clogged in the sinks and showers that did not drain the water. Additionally, the deadbolt lock did not work to lock the front door. As women traveling, this was concerning for us as the only thing keeping us safe was a code-lock that multiple people may have.
