We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and that is very nice. The only thing is that the baby bed needs to be updated. It didn't work properly so the baby couldn't use it. Otherwise, The house is comfortable and cozy.

A Fantastic Weekend in Branson

We had a fantastic time with our adult children and one daughter in law. Facility was a great size. Convenient to Branson and to Table Rock. Great place to kick back and relax after a day on the lake or shopping.

Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious. Our coffee pot quit working and it was replaced same day. The pool was within walking distance. Unfortunately the outdoor fire pit was not usable. We reported some issues with a bathroom that hopefully will be addressed. Bathroom still usable.

Fabulous Location

The com munication and check-in process was super easy. We only had plans at Silver Dollar City so the location was fantastic!! The house had everything needed...decor is a little dated, but having all of the space was a plus and we didn't really spend time there except to sleep. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs. More importantly, there is only one bathroom with an accessible shower (located downstairs). The other bathrooms have whirlpool tubs (approx. 2 ft. high) and require climbing in to use the shower. Also, bring your own toiletries if you stay more than one night. There are tiny shampoos and conditioner available, but only have enough for one person, one day. Overall, it's a great place for families and is a great location.

Perfect location and plenty of room!

We enjoyed a two family getaway with 10 people total. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and spacious. Hot water was never an issue. The living and dining/kitchen are small but we easily found space for everyone to sit and enjoy the combined rooms together. There is an amazing screened back porch which was the perfect spot for mornings and evening! Proximity to SDC is worth driving into Branson for all other activities. It made our SDC day so much easier bc it is about 3 minutes away and we had zero traffic! The dishwasher is loud and all the walls could use a refreshing coat of paint. Otherwise we had no cleanliness issues and the kitchen was adequately stocked. There were throw blankets on all the beds which was a really nice addition as well and made sitting around in the evenings very cozy. We thought this was a great stay for the price, space, and location and would come back again!

This was our first time to rent this property. House was very roomy and comfortable. There were a few issues noted upon our arrival. Contacted Evolve rep (who was very friendly and receptive) and they had maintenance there within 30 minutes to correct most of the issues. Had contractor there next day to correct other issue. Loved the screened in back porch. Would definitely rent this property again. Club house with pools and hot tub were one street over so was easy to get to.

Overall we had a nice stay in this home, it would have been nice to have some printed instructions of things and maybe some different ideas on restaurants, attractions, etc. Clean and was very similar to listing.
