Summary: Relax with true lake vibes in a gorgeous penthouse unit in the building closest to the lake edge, next to the walking path to Table Rock Lake! Large windows in the main living area and dining area with breathtaking views of the lake and wildlife. Open living space with kitchen and dining area. Extra-large balcony with 2 dining areas and chaise. Main living area plus 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on main level. Private deck access from main living area and master bedroom. Loft area has a second family area with 50” smart TV. Loft also has a separate bedroom with Queen bed and full bath with walk in shower. Large window cut-outs above the main living area give extra lake views to the loft area. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ice maker. Quiet, no walkway in front of bedrooms! King-size beds in the master, queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and loft area has a queen size bed in the bedroom, queen-size futon, and full sofa bed in the family area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo and 2nd bath is off the hallway with a stand-up shower. Separate laundry area with brand new full-size washer and dryer. However we were quite disappointed with the listing description of expansive view. The blinds over the huge dining room window were broken & would not go up or stay up, so unable to see the lake from the dining area. The only way you would have had expansive views were if this were open with the living area sliders, which would have made a large gorgeous view. We contacted management who said they were not aware of the issue, and they came & tried to fix the blind but were unable. In my opinion. Someone had to have known about these blinds because when we tried to get them up we noticed the window was very dirty & by how it looked would have had to have been that way for a very long time! ##### jolene b.
