Just a short drive away, you'll find breathtaking Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, and the eclectic downtown area. Highway 76 (the Strip) is only 5 minutes away, providing easy access to even more attractions. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging by the community outdoor swimming pool, cooling off with refreshing swims. With a wide variety of restaurants in every direction, you can enjoy dining out without the hassle of cooking and cleaning. This enviable location also puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
• A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
• This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
• Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
• Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

The place was centrally located and close to everything but far enough away that there is no noise from traffic. We enjoyed and stay and would stay again in the future!
We came to Branson for an event at the convention center. This condo is in the perfect location! Close to all the fun activities and a short drive to the convention center area. The condo is lovely in every way. Cute decor. Clean and modern. Beautiful view. Great location. Comfortable beds. Wonderful stay!
Our visit was focused on the west side of Branson, ballparks, lake and SDC. Location was so convenient for our needs and allowed us to route around most of the main drag traffic jams which only improves any visit to the region. The condo was very clean, kitchen was functional, sound insulation to upstairs wasn’t the best but it’s a condo so the noise wasn’t outside of what is reasonable for higher density lodging.
My mom, my sister and kids and me and my kids stayed in this condo for an extended weekend. There was plenty of space, and accommodations for our family! We loved the high chair, the games and the neat seating area outside! They could use some kid friendly dishes, (They only have glass and stoneware.) and a sponge/some dish soap for cleaning dishes outside of the dishwasher. (They provided plenty of dishwasher tabs/washing pods) The fire/smoke detectors are VERY sensitive when cooking-so be prepared to fan it. I did not have much luck with quick communication before I received my check in text, but once I had that I was able to communicate a few things and received a nearly immediate response! Even two weeks after my stay! The air works wonderfully and we were always excited to come back to a nice cool room! The walls and floor are “thin” and if the circus is in town and staying above you-you’re going to know it. :/ BUT
We would definitely stay here again!!
Very clean and beautiful property. Easily a home away from home. We have 5 children ranging from 3 to 12 and all slept well. My only thing is I would have preferred more than one kitchen towel and some heavier blankets in the bedrooms, but that’s not enough to warrant not giving 5 stars. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Nice property with a good clean pool and lounge area. Newer built property with a beautiful view. My only concern and it wasn't a big deal but there is room to sleep 6-7 but only 4 spaces to sit in the small living room. If we wanted to hang as a family we had to sit at the table which isn't as cozy. It was a smaller space that I anticipated by looking at the pictures. Great back patio with a beautiful view!
the condo was nice and seemed brand new. Do note that if you have issues with stairs that there is one flight to get down to the condo.

I was not informed that we would be down a flight of stairs with no elevator. I am recuperating from a broken ankle and stairs are not easy for me. Also when the people above us came into their condo it was very loud and kept us up.
