This condo is almost a penthouse and is a walk-in unit with elevator access. This entire unit is on one level with no steps inside. There is beautiful wood-style tile flooring throughout and a large private deck with access from the dining area. The large windows offer a fantastic lake view from the main living and dining area. This condo is open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and island. All three bedrooms in this condo have King-size beds and there is an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have a TV and the living area has a TV with a DVD player. The Master bedroom has en-suite bath with 3′ X 4′ shower, a deep soaking tub with jets, double sinks, and a custom walk-in closet. The 2nd bath is off the hallway with a door to the 2nd bedroom also and includes a walk-in shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall laundry. The elevator helps access the fourth floor and the pool was refreshing and clean. Close to Branson but not so close you can't escape the crowds. Our condo was perfect. Beds and furniture were so comfortable. Lots of room for everyone. Loved the decor and the view was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. Very spacious, clean and the view of the lake is amazing. The elevator was nice for my mother in law that has trouble walking and climbing stairs right now. The next time we return we will be renting this unit. Beautifully decorated, beautiful balcony & living room views to lake, fantastic kitchen, bedrooms were extremely comfortable, especially the king sized beds, clean, spa like bathrooms. Our only disappointment was, the listing had an electric fireplace listed & our condo did not have any fireplace in it. ##### Cheryl L. We had a great time at Hawthorne 1423, the unit was clean with new furnishing. The view of the lake is amazing, you forget you are in Missouri. Plenty of space for everyone. We only ran into one issue where the AC would not work, but in the end they were able to get it fixed. We went to Wal-Mart and bought two box fans to help alleviate the heat in the unit. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our time on Table Rock Lake. This condo was beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable. Had a nice back deck overlooking the lake. Beds were big. Plenty of extra bedding and pillows. Plenty of towels. Everything was very clean. And it's in a great location if youre going to Silver Dollar City, just a couple of minutes away. We liked the set up of the kitchen but it wasnt as stocked as we might have liked. Needs more mixing/serving bowls and kid-friendly plates, cups, etc. But that was the only drawback. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return! ##### Kristen H.
