This beautiful property features 2 living rooms, one with a sofa bed and a real wood burning fireplace. The main living area features a 55 inch smart TV, electric fireplace and an old fashion record player. Everything you could possible need will be provided for a comfortable stay. The outside of the Cottage features a large patio with a firepit, picnic table and overhead patio lights. The oppisite side of the Cottage features a nice horseshoe pit and a large yard and wooded area for exploring. Also available for our guests is a boat dock with 2 boat slips, fish cleaning station and overhead lights for night use. Historic downtown Branson & The Branson Landing are a short 12 minute drive from this property. Grocery store, gas station, golf course, bowling alley, coffee shop and other useful shops are only an 8 minute drive down the road. From the time we booked and thru the whole stay communication was great and all questions answered. We arrived and it was easy to locate and get it. It was amazing how clean everything was and the welcome basket and note was such a sweet surprise! We also really enjoyed the bird feeder out of the window. I loved how everything was laid out with little notes and directions if needed. All of the basics were there and even more with the firewood, popcorn, hot chocolate, games, blankets, soaps, bandaids,.etc. Fantastic wifi too! Was perfect for our family spring break, we couldn't have asked for better! ##### Amy L. Could not be happier with the house/host!! The house is cute/comfortable/cozy and quite! Th host and very quick to respond and extremely gracious! I will say, if you do stay at the house, go and unpack first. We hit grocery store on the way into town, then got there and half of the stuff be bought, the host already supplied(ketchup, mustard, popcorn, hot chocolate, etc). We were looking for a quiet get away in Branson. Sounds like an oxymoron but this place is it. We were close enough to the activities then a short drive and you are at the cottage on the lake with very limited traffic. The hosts have provided board games, books, streaming tv, corn hole, horseshoes and even fishing poles/tackle box for fishing off their private dock. We had prescheduled activities so didn't partake of much more than hanging out on the dock at night. We were thrilled to see beaver who came right up to the dock and swam and bathed. We watched birds at the bird feeder and bird bath and saw deer on the road as well.The hosts left a gift basket and drinks as well which was a pleasant surprise. We arrived late and hadn't eaten. The only thing I would change is a personal one. The bed in the master room was a little soft for us and it's size in the room made getting around it or get up at night a little inconvenient but the two twin over full bunk beds in the other room could have been used if we had chosen. Please note there is only one bathroom and it's across the cottage from the master so anyone needing a close restroom at night might need that info.. and there is a step down from the kitchen into the dining/master bedroom area and a tiny step from dining into den. I mention this as it's important for me when traveling with my family with mobility issues. Otherwise we loved it and look forward to returning. ##### Jo T. We enjoyed our stay, we arrived and the men were ready to jump out of the car to fish! The welcome basket as we came into the house was an extra treat which we enjoyed. Plenty of space and beds which were comfy. The owners were fabulous with communication and making sure we had everything we need. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!
