We could not find key to pool and he brought a new key for us to get in pool house. Of course we found the original we overlooked it. The condo very clean, very comfortable and felt like home. The bed was comfortable and just enjoyed the 4 day stay. Easy instructions in book regarding door codes, wi-fi, even had emergency numbers to ambulance & clinics.
