Nice condo with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. The only downside is carrying luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Other than that our stay was enjoyable and would recommend the condo.

We came to Branson to take a last run on fire in the hole before they shut it down. I had always come as kid and then brought my daughter and now my granddaughter. The condo was close to the strip but in a quite area, clean and comfortable

July Stay

The condo was very clean and in a great location, no issues there. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool however was a big disappointment. It was not clean and there were no lounge chairs to sit in. We ended up buying a day pass to the Hilton so we could use their pool both Sunday and Monday. If you're not interested in pool time I would highly recommend this property.

Nice for my teens and me. Wasn’t there a whole lot as we were pretty busy doing things. Condo was a little bit of a drive from most of our activities and my teens wished the pool could be open past 9. Most days we didn’t get home until after 9 and it was still hot so they wanted to swim. Overall very quiet condo. The view was fantastic!

Nice Unit, Strong Cigarette Smell

Great location to Silver Dollar City. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four. It was a nice surprise that there was both a booster seat and high chair attachment for a chair (no over the shoulder straps though). It was relatively quiet except for some loud front door closing by other residents. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was nice and the living room very comfortable. There is no cable, which greatly disappointed my husband who wanted to watch a game on ESPN. The TVs are all smart TVs, so I was able to AirPlay what we needed/wanted from my phone. The reason why I gave 3 stars is that the unit smelled strongly of cigarettes. My family includes two young children, and the smell was very unpleasant. It seemed strongest in the primary bathroom. Once we were in the unit for a time, we got used to it, but upon entering the space it was quite strong. The property was listed as non-smoking, and there was signage displaying as such, but clearly someone had smoked in the unit. I would not have booked this unit knowing there had been a smoker there. Had the smell not been so overwhelming, it would have been a very nice stay.

Excellent location - close to Silver Dollar City and to the 76 Strip. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and perfect place to fix meals. Plenty of space throughout the condo for 2 adults and three almost teens to relax. The community pool just across the street was perfect for evening swims and to cool off from hot August temperatures. I highly recommend this condo for those looking for a great Branson experience, yet away from the hustle-bustle of the major tourist streets.
